Amendment No. 3
to the Contract Between
King County, Washington
and City of Kent
For Institutional Network Services
This Amendment No. 3 ("Amendment") to the Institutional Network Services
Contract No. 08COK04 is between King County, Washington ("County"), whose
principal office is located at 401 Fifth Avenue, Suite #600, Seattle, WA 98104,
and City of Kent located at 24611 116"Ave. SE, Kent, WA 98031. i
WHEREAS, County and Customer desire to modify the underlying Agreement to
extend the Agreement through December 31, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recital and the mutual
covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the ;
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to
the foregoing as follows: '
1. Section 5. Term of Contract is DELETED in its entirety and REPLACED with
the following:
"This Contract is extended until December 31, 2010, effective upon execution !
by both Parties to allow additional time for the Customer to finalize all internal ;
approvals for future services, unless either Party notifies the other in writing to
terminate this Contract as set forth in the termination provisions herein."
2. NO OTHER AMENDMENTS. Except as provided herein, the Agreement shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect. I
