With the availability of additional Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program funds, the Project Agreement
referenced above is amended to increase the grant amount by$310,800 for a total grant of$846,915 for this
partially funded project $284,922 87 came from the 2007-2009 biennium and $25,877 13 came from the
2009-2011 biennium

This is the amended a 2008 RCO grant agreement awarding us $310,800.00 additional money towards
the acquisition of four parcels of land on Panther Lake. The RCO grant will be matched by King County
Conservation Futures grant dollars. We closed on the Van Dyke Properties at the end of September, and
will be closing on the Matin)ussi Property on November 10"' -
