Specifically,it is agreed by all parties that this agreement does not set any type of precedent for any future situations. McCuistion and Griesbach will work a modified grave schedule of 2300-0600 at the jail and 0600-0900 at the annex. The schedule would coincide with Officer Scott's schedule with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off. This rotation will commence Feb 19 and McCuistion and Griesbach will rotate every fourth Sunday, McCuistion- Feb 19 to March 18 Griesbach- Mar 19 to Apr 15 McCuistion- Apr 16 to May 13 (May 6 rotate onto bid shift) Griesbach- May 14 to Jun 10 Continued 4-week rotation until Officer Henderson has completed FTO. It is anticipated that Officer Henderson will be assigned to a shift by June 1. When Officer Henderson completes FTO and is able to fill a position, Officers Griesbach and McCuistion will return to their normal schedules and days off at the annex. If Officer Henderson does not complete FTO,or if other staffing issues arise, the parties agree to meet in labor/management to discuss alternatives. Officer McCuistion and Officer Griesbach will be allowed to shift bid(for one shift to be worked jointly)in February for the May rotation using Officer Griesbach's seniority. For the May rotation, the shift selected by Officer McCuistion and Officer Gnesbach will keep a modified schedule for the shift that is bid on. This allows for completion of tasks at the annex while reducing the amount of mandatory overtime at the jail. Dayshift: 0600-1300 jail, 1300-1600 annex Swingshift: 1300-2030 jail,2030-2300 annex Graveyard, 2300-0600 jail, 0600-0900 annex Both Officer McCuistion's and Officer Griesbach's term in their respective programs positions shall be extended by a minimum of two (2) rotations. Officer MCCuiStiOn's assignment to Work Crew Coordinator will be extended through at least August 2007. McCuistion's current assignment expires December 2006. If Officer McCuistion does not re-apply or is not reselected, she will rotate back to the jail in conjunction with the next shift bid Officer Griesbach's assignment to Programs Coordinator will be extended through at least April 2008. Gnesbach's current assignment expires August 2007. If Officer Griesbach does not re-apply or is not reselected, she will rotate back to the jail in conjunction with the next shift bid.
