In the event a bargaining unit employee is separated due to the employee's inability to return to work from Labor & Industries, on-the-job injury, such employee will be eligible to apply for in-house position vacancies as a bargaining unit employee per Section 3.7 — Position Vacancies for a two (2) year period from such injury separation.
