To follow-up on our discussion during labor/management, the following
agreement is to clarify procedures on how the Records and Corrections
Divisions will request annual leave due to the Tiburon training schedule in
2004
Requests for annual leave dates through May 31, 2004 will be
processed in accordance with the Collective Bargai Agreement,
Section 18 3 B 2q
• The process will be extended until February W,, 2004 for requests for
annual leave after May 31, 2004
