• MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

and
AFSCME Local 2617
This memorandum of understanding is intended to outline the parties agreement
for an extension of the June 12, 1997, memorandum of understanding concerning the
hiring of a person with developmental disabilities to fill a Public Service Aide position
within the bargaining unit for an additional six months or through August 12, 1998 The
parties have met and discussed this program and agree as follows:
1. The parties remain committed to working in partnership to recruit and retain a
developmentally disabled person in a Public Service Aide position.
2. All terms and conditions identified in the June 12, 1997 memorandum of
understanding (copy attached) remain in effect for an additional six months or
through August 12, 1998
