BETWEEN THE KENT POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION(KPOA)AND
WASHINGTON STATE COUNCIL OF COUNTY AND CITY EMPLOYEES,
COUNCIL 2, AFSCME,AFL-CIO
It is hereby voluntarily agreed by the parties hereto that the duties presently performed by
the members of KPOA as they relate to parking enforcement will continue as currently
performed. The duties presently performed by the Assistant Parking Enforcement Officer
in the City of Kent will continue as currently performed.
