FIRST ADDENDUM TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN VERLA D. LITTLE AND CITY OF KENT
THIS FIRST ADDENDUM between the ESTATE OF VERLA D. LITTLE ("Seller") and
the CITY OF KENT ('Buyer"), a Washington municipal corporation, amends that
certain Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into between Buyer and
Seller on or about October 17, 2008 (Agreement).
The Buyer and Seller agree as follows
1. Paragraph 3, Purchase Price, is amended as follows:
The total purchase price for the property is FOUR HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($410,000), inclusive of earnest money. PLUS flTla' rIW fcKs U.YO TtJ

2. This First Addendum may be executed in any number of counterparts, each
of which shall constitute an original, and all of which will together constitute this
First Addendum.
3. All contingencies except 4.a and 4.b have been satisfied.
4. Except as specifically amended by this First Addendum, all remaining
provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Addendum, which take effect on the last date below executed.
