Parks would like to contract with Evergreen to install curbing around a basketball court at the Kiwanis Park and to lay an acrylic surface coat over the court. The cost of the contract is $13,000, and the insurance exhibit requires Evergreen have the following amounts of insurance: Automobile Liability--$1 million per accident Comml Genl Liability--$1 million each occurrence, $2 million genl aggregate, and $2 million products completed. Excess Liability--$1 million per occurrence. The insurance documents provided by Evergreen include everything but Excess Liability coverage. Would the limits of Comml Genl Liability be sufficient for this work, or will Risk require that Evergreen obtain the Excess Liability coverage? Could you let me know? Thanks. Chris, I know Parks would really like to get going on this contact with Evergreen Asphalt for work on the basketball court at the Kiwanis park. Evergreen's insurer is working to issue the endorsement on the products-completed coverage and it was wondering if we would be able to accept a blank version in the interim. What say you? Thanks.
