122204-9019, 122204-9127, 122204-9128 located in Kent, WA ("Property").
In consideration of mutual benefits, JR Barnier, the owner of the above-
described Property, residing at 22103-76th Avenue, Kent, WA, hereby grants a
right-of-entry to the City of Kent ("City") and its employees, agents and consultants
for the purpose of performing wetland studies and independent fee appraisal
services in anticipation of acquisition of the Property by the City.
The City agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Owner harmless from and
against any and all damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from
any claim, action, or other proceeding that is based upon any negligent act or
omission or willful misconduct of the City or its employees, agents or consultants
arising in connection with this Right-of-Entry.
