The parties agree to the following: • Becky Lake was on a medical leave of absence due to a medical condition. She is currently using accrued leave blanks. Her medical leave of absence expires on September 13, 2009. • Effective September 14, 2009, Ms. Lake will be placed on a conditional general leave of absence per City policies. Due to the extenuating circumstances of her leave status and medical condition, the parties have agreed to allow Ms. Lake to be on a general leave of absence. • She shall be eligible for shared leave and to use such shared leave donations if her leave banks are depleted prior to the end of her general leave of absence. This agreement shall not be interpreted to create a past practice nor shall it be interpreted as creating a pattern of action on the part of the City.
