The estimated extent of this void is described In our letter dated March 13, 2009 We understand that the repairs will likely include filling the void with grout. Our services will be provided under Local Agency Agreement Number 5632 between the City of Kent and GeoEngineers SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Provide consultation to the design team regarding the repair of the wall We will review and provide our opinion on wall repair proposals submitted by the contractor. 2. Provide full time construction observation for the repairs. We have budgeted for up to 10 site visits 3. Perform follow-up GPR surveying to evaluate the grouting efficiency. 4.
