Private Property Restoration Full Settlement and Release
Dear Sirs and Madam,
When you have countersigned this letter below on behalf of, and as a owners of College Inn
Apartments located at 23634 Pacific Highway South ' this writing shall
constitute o full and complete binding settlement contract and release of all claims between the
owners of the College Inn Apartments and the City of Kant (collectively the "Parties") with
respect to any and all construction impacts upon College Inn Apartments related in any way to
the City of Kent's Pacific Highway South HOV Lanes Project ("Project"), The Parties agree as
follows:
The City of Kent agrees to pay to the owners of College Inn Apartments the sum of six
thousand, three hundred dollars /$6/300.00>, such payment to be made by check payable to
Pacific Shoreline [vortgagp-Pt6'be rna||cd within 20 days of the City's receipt of this letter
countersigned by you as owners of the of College Inn Apartments. This compensation is in full
settlement for construction-related damages, if any, to the College Inn Apartments from the
Pacific Highway South HOV Lone construction project.
The owners hereby release the City of Kent from all responsibility to restore and/or pay
damages to the College Inn Apartments property (operating a the College Inn Apartments) at
23634 Pacific Hwy South, Kent, WA 98032. 7
By their signatures below, Pacific Shoreline Mortgage, Cecilia Pe|asrin|/ and Dick Pe|asoini
represent, confirm and vvornsnt that they are owners of Col e Irm Apartments and that they
have full authority to enter this settlement contract.

Shoreline Mortgage to its terms.

This writing is a full and final agreement between the Parties. No additional compensation is
owed by the City for construction impacts, if any, to the College Inn Apartments property as a
result of the Pacific Hwy South HOV Lanes Project. The terms of this Agreement shall be ink;-
effective three days after the date of mailing of the check to Pacific Shoreline Mortgage,r5: 0
