For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: Due to the change of grade in the levy, panels were welded at the Riverbend Golf Course Driving Range in Kent, Washington as described in the contractor's invoice dated 11/26/08 attached and incorporated as Exhibit A. 2. This Change Order, unless otherwise provided, does not relieve the Contractor from strict compliance with the guarantee and warranty provisions of the original contract, particularly those pertaining to substantial completion date. Change Order Jeff, The All Around Fence Co. change order is to fabricate and install an additional panel of chain link fencing. This panel will be located between the recently installed protective fencing behind the driving range netting and the southwest corner pole of the driving range. Due to the final location of the concrete cover back slope and the curvature of the trail there is a gap between the newly installed protective fencing and our southwest corner pole resulting in a both a safety and security issue. The installation of this panel will solve both issues and tie into the recently installed protective fencing.
