THIS ADDENDUM ONE between MARCO DESIMONE and COLLEEN
DESIMONE, husband and wife ("Seller") and the CITY OF KENT ("'Buyer"), a
Washington municipal corporation, amends that certain Real Estate Purchase
and Sale Agreement entered into between Seller and Buyer on or about April 11,
2008 (the "Agreement").
1. Section 4(c) of the Agreement shall be amended to extend the

feasibility period to Q 2008, in order to allow the Buyer

adequate time to obtain additions nformation related' to the Phase II
environmental assessment.
2. Facsimile signatures on this Addendum One will be considered
originals.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Addendum One, which shall take effect on the last date signed below.
