This Change Order amends the above-referenced contract; all other provisions of the contract that are
not inconsistent with this Change Order shall remain in effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual
consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows:
1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified as follows:
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to:
Supply and install steel and aluminum framed tent structure for the holiday
carousel at the Town Square Plaza project in Kent, Washington as shown in the
Contractor's Proposal dated November 2, 2007 attached and incorporated as
Exhibit A.
2. The contract amount and time for performance provisions of Section II "Compensation," and
Section 111, "Time for Completion," are hereby modified as follows:
Original Contract Sum, $3,7379448.00
including applicable alternates and WSST.

Pursuant to Section 1 of the Contract executed by the parties, the Contractor accepts all requirements of
this Change Order by signing below. Also, pursuant to the above-referenced contract, Contractor agrees to
waive any protest it may have regarding this Change Order and acknowledges and accepts that this Change
Order constitutes final settlement of all claims of any kind or nature arising from or connected with any work
either covered or affected by this Change Order, including, without limitation, claims related to contract time,
contract acceleration, onsite or home office overhead, or lost profits.
The parties whose names appear below swear under penalty of perjury that they are authorized to enter
into this contract modification, which is binding on the parties of this contract.
3. The Contractor will adjust the amount of its performance bond (if any) for this project to be
consistent with the revised contract sum shown in section 2, above.

Job Description: Tent for the City of Kent
Details: Fabricate and install 1 each Rainier Span Tent on the corner of 2"tl &Smith St to Kent, WA. Side
walls are all clear vinyl with 8" of white black-out fabric on each side 3 each fabric roll up doors included.
Each sidewall bay will have 1 zipper for easier installation.
Dimensions: 50' wide X 60' ]on-
1 Eave height: 10' legs
Fabric: Side walls will be 30mi1 Clear vinyl RF welded to 19 ounce White (black-out) fabric. Top will be all
white(black-out) fabric To be determined
Frame: Steel footings and fittings, and all aluminum rafters and legs.
Tie downs: Includes ratchet straps for tie down to 18 each ecology blocks being provided by the City of Kent
1 ecology block for each leg North side and West side of tent will also hart e 42" stakes for additional support.
Ecology block corers: 18 vinyl covers will be provided to cover ecology blocks. Color to be determined
Crane: A crane will be provided by Rainier to install ecology blocks. Plastic rings will be placed under each
footing and 4 rings will be placed under each ecology block to provide protection for concrete.
Tax A resale certificate can be provided to Rainier if tax is not applicable Rainier will provide insurance
