RE. Extension of Goods & Services Agreement between City of Kent and Airgas—Nor Pac, Inc
Dear Mr. Davidson,
In accordance with Section 2 of the Goods and Services Agreement executed by the City of Kent
and Airgas—Nor Pac, Inc on January 19, 2007, this letter serves as the City's official notice to
Airgas—Nor Pac, Inc of the City's desire to exercise its option to extend the agreement for an
additional one year term. through December 31, 2008 In exercising this option, the City and Airgas
—Nor Pac, Inc, mutually agree to a 6% increase in Airgas—Nor Pac, Inc's fee schedule over the
prior year's prices
If you agree to the increase stated above, please sign both original letters, keep one for your records
and return one to us for our records.
