For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows: 1. The cost of the aforementioned pumping will be $855.00 plus Washington State sales tax, currently 8.9%. Should the King County Dump fees Increase, Sunset Septic Tank Company, Inc. may notify City of Kent Parks, Recreation and Community Services of a slight rate increase.
