For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled"Description of Work," is hereby modified as follows: Provide all labor, materials. and equipment necessary to: Consultant to provide review and recommendations of restroom/picnic shelter from structural engineer at West Fenwick Park in Kent, WA as described in the consultants proposal dated May 1, 2007 attached and incorporated as Exhibit A. 2. As requested, our scope of work will be to remove the tower and make other modifications as directed by the Project Manager. e Our fee to complete the work is a fixed amount of$3,820.14.
