("Contractor") CONTRACT NAME &PROJECT NUMBER:Law Department Remodel HVAC ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE-October 10, 2006 This Change Order amends the above-referenced contract; all other provisions of the contract that are not inconsistent with this Change Order shall remain in effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified as follows: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: add additional services not included within the original Contract including services related to the electrical rough-in for the HVAC system and project management including mechanical and electrical coordination and instruction in accordance with Contractor's November 3, 2006, Authorization for Engineering Services, attached and incorporated as Exhibit A. 2. The contract amount and time for performance provisions of Section 1I "Compensation," and Section 1II, "Time for Completion," are hereby modified as follows.
