This Change Order amends the above-referenced contract; all other provisions of the contract that are
not inconsistent with this Change Order shall remain in effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual
consent of the parties, the project contract is modified as follows:
1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled"Description of Work," is hereby modified as follows.
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to:

Fenwick Park as described on the Consultant's proposal dated November 10,
2006 attached and incorporated as Exhibit A.

Dear Perry,
Per our discussion,we have prepared the following contract amendment proposal for the West Fenwick
Park project Listed below are the additional tasks and fees associated with additional requested design
changes and additional services requested by the City beyond those listed in Amendment#1 dated March
31, 2006
Additional Work Items-
I- Layout and Design of irrigation system and details for Phase II ballfields (See amendment#1 —
Item#5 under the new work associated with ballfield underdrams The irrigation design and
details are a part of the construction drawings More work will still need to be accomplished to
achieve a 100% PS&E Package for Phase 1I)
2- Revise plaza to incorporate City requested turning radius Affects layout, grading,planting and
irrigation sheets
3- Revise fenced play area maze ground plane and material.
4- Regrade SW corner of parking lot to incorporate storm drainage overflow area
5- Meeting with Dave Clark(Architect) and the City to review bid documents and coordinate
building location and orientation
6- Coordination via phone calls and emails with Dave Clark and City.
7- Revise Phase I 100%Bid Plans to reflect new planters at end of proposed building Plan sheets
affected include the Layout,Planting and Imgation plans Resize irrigation piping
