Change Order Transportation Master Plan Non-Motorized Plan The original scope of work with the consultant, The Transpo Group, Inc , called for a completion date of November 2006 Some unforeseen events have delayed this, mostly the TMP team's inability to interact with City Council in an ongoing and meaningful way. A number of presentations to Council have been cancelled or rescheduled. This pushes the whole TMP schedule out proportionally This Change Order extends the contract for another six (6) months, until May 31, 2007 The additional time will require the consultant to continue to participate in bi-monthly team meetings with the rest of the consultant and city staff team The consultant will also be required to attend at least two City Council meetings at which the draft and final Transportation Master Plan and sub-plans will be presented. He will be expected to present his Non-Motorized(pedestrian and bicycle plan) portion of the overall TMP.
