KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, an authorized representative of the Kent School District, for and in
consideration of its receipt of a Nautilus double shoulder press gym equipment,the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby and for its successors and assigns indemnify,release, acquit,
and forever discharge the City of Kent, and its agents and employees from any and all claims,
actions,expenses,and compensation,which may occur or arise by reason of any damage or mj ury to
property or persons which may be claimed to have arisen as a result of or in connection with the use
of the gym equipment The City neither warrants the condition of the gym equipment nor does it
warrant that the same are fit for use. The Kent School District warrants that it has inspected the
described gym equipment, is aware of any defects in such equipment, and has determined that the
equipment is in a reasonable safe condition for its use.
This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties. The terms of this Release
are contractual and not a mere recital
