Section III, "Time for Completion," are hereby modified as follows:

contract, Contractor agrees to waive any protest it may have regarding this Change Order and acknowledges
and accepts that this Change Order constitutes final settlement of all claims of any kind or nature arising from
or connected with any work either covered or affected by this Change Order, including, without limitation,
claims related to contract time, contract acceleration,onsite or home office overhead, or lost profits.

ADDENDUM NO. 4
Drawing Modifications
INTRODUCTION
This scope of work reflects modifications requested to the contract drawings resulting from two
separate Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) requests and modifications identified by the
City. hi addition, additional structural engineering time and expense is included to allow the
engineer to travel to Bellingham(2 trips) to observe the culvert fabrication which exceeded the
budgeted time and distance originally scoped.
DURATION
No changes to the current contract duration are identified.
SERVICES
The time estimates for the tasks discussed below represent the new tasks described in this scope
of work only.
Tt/KCM shall perform services and furnish material necessary to accomplish the following
work items:
1. Drawing Revisions: Revise construction drawings to address two separate rounds of DFW
requirements and City comments and mark-ups. The City will provide a second traffic
control plan to be included in the drawing set. In addition, the City is providing a separate
drawing depicting the box culvert storage area locatign map. The City is responsible for
signing and stamping these drawings. Note that the City needs to shift the traffic control
plan sheets because of the addition of the new detail sheet as described below. In addition,
a new detail sheet is required to depict the temporary restrictor plates that may be used on
both culverts crossing 132nd Ave SE. In addition, special provisions for these restrictor
plates and the box culvert laydown area have been requested.
1.1 Revise construction drawings to reflect two separate rounds of DFW and City
comments. Add a new detail sheet (Sheet 10) to contain the new details. Add a new
detail sheet depicting temporary restrictor plate details.Create special provisions for the
restrictor plates and the culvert laydown area.Submit to the City for review.
1.2 Revise drawings to reflect final comments. Submit stamped and signed Tt/KCM
developed drawings to the City.
2. Structural Review: This task represents the addition of time and traveling expenses to
allow the structural engineer to travel to the culvert fabrication plant since it is located

The City will furnish to KCM copies of documents that are available to the City that will
facilitate the preparation of the review responses, plans, specifications, and estimates as noted

1 Sheet 12 (Traffic Control Plan),on the current cover sheet and title block.
2 Sheet 13 (Box Culvert Storage Area Location Map), on the current cover sheet and title
block.
ITEMS TO BE FURNISHED TO THE CITY BY KCM
The following documents, exhibits, or other presentations for the work covered by this
agreement will be furnished by KCM to the City upon completion of the various phases of the
work.
1. Drawings
1.1 Review set of updated drawing package for final City approval(1 one-half size set)
which includes a new detail sheet 10 and sheet 14.
