ADDENDUM TO THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE
AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 1, 2002 BETWEEN THE CITY OF
KENT, (SIGNED AND DATED OCTOBER 7, 2002)5 AND DON AND
BARBARA CLASEN (SIGNED AND DATED OCTOBER 3, 2002);
INCLUDING ADDENDUM # 1, DATED NOVEMBER 7, 2002,
ADDENDUM #2, DATED JULY 9, 2003 AND ADDENDUM 3, DATED
APRIL 4, 2004.
It is hereby agreed that all new title shall be ordered thru Chicago Title and
that closing shall take place with Chicago Escrow. This amends paragraph
