Thank you for taking the time to meet with me yesterday afternoon to go over the renewal of our contract to
provide banking services to the City of Kent We will be most pleased to extend our contract for another two
years with the following changes to our existing pricing showing on the account analysts as of the June 2002
monthly report.

These changes will go into effect January 1, 2003 and will result in an increase of shghtly less than 1 0% The
fees for all other services currently in place will rennin as they are in the June 2002 analysis report The fees for
any services unplemented in the future will be negotiated at that time
