I This Amendment to the Transit Service Agreement for the Kent Shuttle-Route 914/916 ("Amendment")is executed as of Oerdb,.- 3o ,?OoZby and between the City of Kent (hereinafter referred to as the"City")and King County,(hereinafter referred to as the"County") Background A Effective May 30, 1999,the City and the County entered into a Transit Service Agreement for the Kent Shuttle -Route 914/916("Agreement") for the provision and fare reimbursement of shuttle service serving the Kent community B The City and County desire to enter into this Amendment to reflect changes in the Agreement Aueements The City and the County hereby agree that the Transit Service Agreement cited above is amended as hereinafter set forth: 1. SECTION 6-TERM The term of this Agreement is extended to December 31, 2003 2. NO MODIFICATIONS. Except as expressly amended by this Amendment,the Agreement remains in full force and effect. It bears the original signatures of Jim White, Mayor of Kent, and Rick Walsh, General Manager of King County Metro Transit. The original Agreement is dated May 30, 1999. This Amendment extends that Agreement to December 31, 2003. Please advise if you have any questions
