RELEASE OF CLAIMS
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS
That the undersigned, Joe Gagner, for and in consideration of receipt of a salvage diving
board and swim slide obtained from City-owned property located at 13020 SE 251s' Street in Kent,
King County, Washington, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby and for his
successors and assigns indemnify, release, acquit, and forever discharge the City of Kent, and its
agents and employees from any and all clanns, actions, expenses and compensation, which may
occur or anse by reason of any damage or injury to property or persons which may be claimed to
have arisen as a result of or in connection with the use of the salvage diving board and swim slide
The City neither warrants the condition of the diving board and swim slide nor does it warrant that
the same are fit for use
This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties The terms of this Release
are contractual and not a mere recital
THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND FULLY
UNDERSTANDIT
