This Agreement dated February 17, 1993, between the City of Kent, hereinafter
referred to as "Owner" and William Disbro, hereinafter referred to as "Artist" .
WHEREAS: The Owner desires to enter into a contract with osed artwork for the followingthe projectst to develop
design drawings of the prop
East Hill Park and West Fenwick Park Projects
The work under this Agreement is to create, design, develop, complete and present
to the Owner the following:
Proposal drawings and samples of materials to be used in the projects.
TITLE OF WORK TOBY'S FRIENDS and FREEBALL
MATERIALS Stainless steel
By signing this Agreement, the Owner does not bind itself to complete the above
referenced project. However, if the above-described design is selected by the
Art Selection Panel , the Artist hereby agrees to enter into contract negotiations
for the commissioning of the artwork, including design, fabrication,
transportation, installation, documentation, public notice and payment of all
Washington sales or use taxes in a timely manner.
In consideration of the services received by the Owner, the Artist shall receive
payment in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00) from the Owner within
30 calendar days of receipt and approval of invoice from Artist by the Owner.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and may be
amend d on if in writing and signed by both parties.
