EASEMENT
THIS INSTRUMENT made this ZZ, _ day of �, 19?b by and
between CITY OF RENT, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
"Grantors" and KING COUNTYO a political sub ivisibn of the State of
Washington hereinafter called "Grantee" :
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantors for and in consideration of mutual benefits
derived do by these presents convey unto the said Grantee an
easement for card reader over, through, under, across and upon the
following described property situated in King County, Washington,
more particularly described as follows:
Refer to Exhibit "A" attached and made a part hereto.
The said Grantee shall have the right to enter upon said property
for the purpose of repairing said card reader without incurring any
legal obligations or liability therefore; provided that such
repairing of said card reader shall be accomplished in such a
manner that the private improvements existing on this property
shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event they are
disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a
condition as they were immediately before the property was entered
upon by the Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said
easement so long as said use does not interfere with the card
reader.
The use granted herein shall be non-assignable and should any
and/or all the rights herein granted, be abandoned, then the right
and/or rights abandoned shall become null and void and revert back
to the Grantor.

A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter ( NE114.
NW1/4) of Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian; City
of Kent, King County, Washington; more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the Westerly line of an 18 foot wide
alley conveyed to the City of Kent, recorded at Auditor's File number 4512994,
Records of King County, with the Northerly line of West Smith Street- thence N 011,
00' 42" E, 239.73 feet, more or less, along said Westerly line to the Southeasterly
corner of a parcel of land to be conveyed to King County; thence along the
Southerly line of said parcel N 58° 53' 24" W , 8.51 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing along said Southerly line N 58* 53' 24" VV, 5.36
feet to the Southwesterly corner of said parcel, thence S 100 39"43" E, 69.00 feet;
thence N 790 20' 17" E, 4.00 feet; thence N 100 39' 43;' W, 65.43 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
Containing 269 square feet (0.01 acres), more or less.
