Municipal corporation, whose mailing address is 220 4th Avenue South, Kent,
Washington 98032 ("Buyer") and DALE W. SNOW AND F. LILLIAN SNOW,
Trustees, or their successors in trust, under The Dale W. Snow and F. Lillian Snow
Charitable Remainder Unitrust, dated March 7, 1997, whose mailing address is
24869 132nd S.E., Kent, Washington 980442, ("Sellers").
As agreed under the Revision of Conditions, dated December 18, 1997, regarding the Snow
Park 2-Lot subdivision #SP-97-32, the City of Kent agrees to the following:
(Page 7, Paragraph A 1.a.) If the Sellers' septic tank does not meet Seattle/King County Health
Department standards, the City of Kent will connect the existing residence on lot 1 to sanitary
sewer at the City's expense.
(Page 7 Paragraph A l.b.) If the Sellers' well does not meet Washington State Department of
Health and Social Services standards, the City of Kent will connect the existing residence on lot
1 to Public Water Service at the City's expense.
(Page 8 Paragraphs A.1. c. d, e, and £) The City of Kent will be responsible for performing these
requirements at their expense, and the Sellers agree to sign any paperwork necessary to
accommodate their completion.
