Project: Reclamation Art Project/West Hill Skate Park
Brian James Kaiser agrees to perform the services necessary to coordination and design the Reclamation
Art Project/West Hill Skate Park, including design, coordinating fabrication and overseeing the participation of
the youth involved and installation of the artwork.
In exchange for the services described above, the City of Kent agrees to pay a total sum of five hundred
dollars ($500).
The Contractor agrees to indemnify, defend, and save harmless the City, (and King County and the State
of Washington when any funds for this Contractor are provided by the county or state), their officers, employees
and agents, from any and all claims, actions,judgements, losses costs, including attorney's fees or awards of
damages of any kind, arising out of, or in connection with, or incident to, the performance of the work by
Contractor under this Agreement, except caused by the sole negligence of the City. Claims shall include, but
not be limited to, assertions that the use or transfer of any software, book, document, report, film, tape or sound
reproduction material of any kind, delivered hereunder, constitutes an infringement of any copyright, patent
trademark, trade name, or otherwise results in unfair trade practices.
Contractor further agrees to exercise reasonable care in the performance of the services of this
Agreement, and to enter City property only during pre-authorized hours for the limited purpose of performing
the services of the Agreement.
In mutual consideration of the covenants set forth above, the parties affix their signatures and attest that
they are authorized to enter this agreement.
