Project: Fabricate and replace all metal edging on Carolyn Law's sculpture
"Portrait of the Green River",bronze material will be used.
Fabrication Specialties Ltd. agrees to perform the services necessary to fabricate and replace all
metal edging on Carolyn Law's sculpture"Portrait of the Green River". Fabrication and
complete installation will be completed by August 31, 1999 at the sculpture site on the Green
River Trail and include all fabrication material, shop and site labor and other materials and
supplies as needed.
In exchange for the services described above,the City of Kent agrees to pay a total sum of
$4,755 plus tax. As a condition of payment, and prior to commencement of the work to be
performed,Fabrications Specialties shall provide the City of Kent a Certificate of Insurance,
evidencing insurance coverage for commercial general liability and naming the City of Kent as
an additional insured.
In mutual consideration of the covenants set forth above, the parties affix their signatures and
attest that they are authorized to enter this agreement.
