THIS CONTRACT MODIFICATION AGREEMENT SPECIFICALLY AMENDS THE
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT AGREEMENT FOR REIMAN TRUST
PROPERTY ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT, PHASE II (the "Contract") entered into
between the City of Kent and AGI Technologies on December 28, 1999
All provisions in the Contract shall remain in full force and effect except as expressly modified by
this document
Whereas additional services requested are beyond the existing scope of tasks as described in the
executed agreement with the City of Kent dated December 28, 1999 the City of Kent and AGI
Technologies desire to modify the Contract, $2,500 00
For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the modifications to the Contract
are as follows
Section II. Pavment, is modified as follows The City shall pay the Consultant based on time and
materials an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and NO/100ths ($2,500 00)
for these modifications according to the schedule of charges attached as Exhibit A, which causes the
total contract amount based on time and materials, including all agreed upon modifications to be
Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and NO/100ths (S16.200 00) for the work described in
Exhibit A
Section III. The Consultant shall evaluate alternative clean-up methods and recommend remedial
action
The Consultant will complete the work described in this Contract Modification Agreement per
telephone conversation of January 24. 2000 in order to meet the City of Kent schedule
Consultant accepts all requirements of this Contract Modification by endorsing below Consultant
further agrees that this Contract Modification constitutes full payment and final settlement of all
claims for contract time and for all costs of any kind, including costs of delays, related to any work
either coveted or affected by this Contract Modification
The parties whose names appear below swear under penalty of perjury that they are authorized to
enter into a contract modification that is binding on the parties of this contract

Travel time will be charged at regular hourly rates,portal to portal, not to exceed eight hours per day
