October 27, 1986 7 : 00 p.m.
The City Clerk has given proper legal notice for this special
meeting.
The purpose of the meeting is to change the meeting place for
the regular Council meeting of November 3 , 1986 from the Kent
City Hall to Sequoia Junior High School .
The meeting was called to order at 7 : 00 p.m. by Mayor Kelleher .
Councilmembers Bailey, Biteman, Dowell , Houser, Johnson, White
and Woods, City Administrator McFall, Acting City Attorney
Williamson, Planning Director Harris, Public Works Director
Wickstrom and Finance Director McCarthy were present.
WHITE MOVED to authorize holding the regular Council meeting
of November 3 , 1986 at the cafeteria at Sequoia Junior High
School at 7: 00 p.m. Biteman seconded and the motion carried.
WOODS MOVED to adjourn the special meeting at 7 : 05 p.m. John-
son seconded and the motion carried.
