Lent , Washington, December 2 , 1929.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker and Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Boucher, Boyker, Dunbar , Leach & Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting of November 18 , Last , read and approved.
Fire Dept . report for the month of Nove ,ber presented and filed.
Upon the recomendation of the Light Committee , a street light waa
ordered installed at Harrison St . and Sixth Avenue .
Bids for City Printing for the comming year were opened and read
as follows; Kent Valley News 30 & 20 cts . per inch, and Advertiser-
Journal 15 & 12 Cts. per inch, the contract was , upon motion awarded
to the Advertiser-Journal , for 15 & pa-Ctsx.
Light Committee recomended the adoption of the Lighting; Contratt ,
presented by the Light Co. , also their proposition for maintenance
and upkeep , at 1 ct . per K.W. additional , and - ution motion both of
their recomendations were adopted and the contract ordered signed.

Upon motion the Finance Committee of the City Council was apointed
to act with the Park Board in the sale of Camp Site , with power to
act .
An invitation was received from the Fire Dept . for the Council and
City Officials to attend a convention of Firemen in the City Hall
next Friday Evening, which invition was promptly accepted. �
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn.
