Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker and
Councilmen Boundy , Boucher , Boyker, Dunbar , Johnson , Leach .
Minutes of the meeting of August 5th . last , .read and approved.
Clerks report and the Budget report for the month of July
presented and filed.
Form of leese presented to lot 9 , block 16 , R'. C. I. Cos.First
Addition to Kent , from the City to G. 0. Diggs; upon motion the
claus refering to the vacation of the property in case of sale by
the City was stricken, the leese was then adopted and the Mayor
and Clerk authorized to sign the same , the Clerk was also directed
to take out insurance upon the property in the amount of $500.00.
