Minutes of June 17 , last , read and approved , Police report and the report of the Fire Dept . for the month of June , presented and filed. Chareman Boyker of the Sewage and Drainage Committee , reported for the Committee , recomending the ruil'ding of a flume at the dump , matter left in the hands of the Committee for further investigati- on and report . r Finance Committee reported that they had set a valuation of $800.00 on lot 1 , block 2 , yellers T'irst Addition. Cavanaugh City Hall Reps . 2.10 Upon motion and by mutual consent of the interested parties , the contract between the City and the Central Service Station was cancled Mr. Meecham explained to the Council the "Reece" process of Garbage Disposal and invited the Council to a demonstration at a plant in Seattle. Upon motion the City Attorney was directed to pre-Dar an Emer- gency Ordinance for $500.00 north of Fire Hose'.
