Kent , Washington , May 6 , 1929 .
Regular meeting of the City Council; present 1ayor Murker and Coum
oilmen Boundy , Boucher, Boyker , Coleman, Konschot and C"ooden.
Minutes of the meeting of April 15, last , read and approved.
Clerks report , F.D. Report and Budget report for the month of Apr.
presented and filed.
Upon motion the Mayor apointed the Finance Committee , the City
Clerk and the City Attorney aX! special Committee to price the proper-
ty squired by the city in the foreclosure proceedings for resale.

, deed back to the Flack Estate , matter refered to the Finance
Committee.
Matter of party wall with the Shaffer property on First Ave. op-
osite the Post Office , was refered to the City Atty for report on
title.
Matter of drain on Titus Street by High. School refered to the Drg.
Committee .
Drainage Committee reported on matter of garbage dumv , and upon
motion they were empowered to prepare the P.C.C.M.Co. property at
So. end of Third street , on the * terman Acre Tracts , for dump.
