Regular meeting of the City Council; present 1.°ayor MURET,,R and
Councilmen Boundy , Boucher , Boyker , Coleman , Konschot , Overlock and
Wooden.
Minutes of the meetirij-; of March 4 , last , read and acD»r. oved.
Clerks report for the month of February presented and filed.
Eight inch pipe along the east side of the Howar. d. Yfg. Co . Plant
ordered extended about 2.90 ft , and a fire hydrant installed at the
north end of the plant .
Committee on Fire Ordinance reported progress and t.,l,e or(linance
refer.ed back .for further consideration and report .
The folloring resolution cas read and adopted;

That the property known as the Lucy Clark nronerty and described in
report of sale of the City TrPasurpr, dated October 23 , 1928 , be Cold
to Geo . J5. Feroe for tl,e sum of :{'1696.86 irhich sum includes the del-
inquent assessments against said nroberty in Pistr.ict No . 200 , torntrier
with interest at 7io on the goal amt of sale to Oct . list . 1g29 , said
sale to be for the interest of the city in said pr. onerty by virtue
of said sale , and payment thereof to be made as rollor's .
$15.00 per month for six months from Oct . 1st . 1929 , and thereafter
$25.00 per inonth until the full amount is paid , togather with the ac-
crued interest each month on the balance due , and that the said pur-
chaser may take immediate possession of said property and improve
the same within 90 days , and in case of any default in future payments ,
all improvements and payments made to be forfeited .
That the City Attorney shall make a contract and present the same
for approval at the next meeting in accordance with said proposition.

Mayor of Renton and filed.

Upon motion the Sewage Committee was authorized to provide dump
grounds for garbage and to make some arangements tRrith Libby for
the disposal of their garbage .
No further business appearing the meeting, upon motion, did then
adjurn.
