Kent , Washington, February 18 , 1929 .
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Councilmen Boundy and
Boucher , Overlock and Wooden; Councilman Boundy acting as TJlayor.
Minutes of the meeting of February 4th. , last , read and approved.
Clerks report for the month of January presented and filed , also
the annual report of the water system.
Upon motion a deed was ordered issued to C. L. Taylor for lot 15,
block' s, Yeslers First Addition to Kent , upon the Payment of -�36.48 ,
the amount of A15.68 with interest and costs of forclosure , and the
Mayor and Clerk were authorized to sign the same .
The- Clerk was directed to issu a call .for bids for furnishing to
the City , until the end of the year , Bass and oil for the city cars
and trucks , the same to be based upon the retail price at time the
gass is- delivered.
