Regular meeting of the City Council , field in the Council Chambers
on the above date , Councilmen Boundy , royker , honschot and Overlock
being present and the Payor , R. W. Murker , -residing.
11inutes of the last meeting, December 3rd . read and annroved .
Clerks renort And the budget report eor }Tovember presented and
filed.
Petition for a new lighting system on ?Teeter St . First avenue and
Central Avenue , read anO re.fered to tie Street Committee and the
Light Comnittee .
Ordinance ?-?o . 580 , authorizing bond issue for. .Local Imorovement
District ?o . 222 , Read and upon motion placed upon its finial passage
and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present .
Ordinance No. 581 , authorizing bond issue for local im-nrover�ent
district 11o. 223 , read and upon motion placed upon its final passage
and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present .
Upon motion the amount of $228.30 was directed to be transfered
from the L.I .Gen. Fund to the L.Z .D. No. 181; and the amount of
$104.43 from L.I .Gen. Fund to L.I .D.No. 184, this being the amount
due theas funds on the Merryman Cont .
Holberg Everson riot being able to furnish bond in L.I .Dist . No.
224, the action of the Council on the last nieeting in awarding him
the contract was recinded and the contract was aiF•arded to I r R. J.
Miller for the sum Of and the Everson Check vas ordered
returned to him as soon as the bond and contract of :,,Ir. T-Iiller is
filed.
