Regular meeting of the City Council; present Kayor hlurker , and Councilmen Poundy , Boucher , Boyker , Coleman , Konschot , Overlock and Wooden. Minutes of the meeting of November 5 , last , read and approved. Budget report for October vresented and filed . Committee on Health and Sanitation reported progress on the mat- ter of securing a dump grounds. The following resolution was read and adopted; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Kent , that it does-hereby offer and agree to sell to John- H. Patten, his heirs and assigns , the following described real estate , namely: - Lots• 11 , 12 , and 13 , in• Block 7 , T.C.I .Co's- First Addition to Kent , for the sum of $250 .00 , that the said purchaser shall heve immediate possession of said pr. operty, and that upon payment of said amount on or befor six months from this date , with 7 o interest on defered payments , the 7ayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to con- vey the said property to said purchaser by ordinary suit-claim deed . Deed from HM Shafer to a hart of Alpine Ay ra.s presented and up- on motion accepted and ordered recorded . Petition for a rater main to the horse Shoe Tracts , signed by 21 . residents , was Drecented and refered to the 77ater Committee . CLAIMS READ AND ALLOWED AS FOLLOWS: Jack Sahli Park Exp. Library Supplies 47 .84 The people south of the City , in the Pozzi and Penic Neighborhood were , upon motion , granted the privenedte of putting in a fire plug of some kind to the 4" rater main there . Upon motion 100 lbs . of treated oats to kill rats at the dump , was authorized to be purchased . The City Clerk was instructed to tape up the matter of heavy log trucks on the streets and hi hWays with the State Tighway pent . and "illiam Cole , plead of the Fighway Patrol. . No further business appearing the meeting , upon motion , did then adjurn. City Clerk.
