First Add. by building lateral sewer, was read and upon nlotion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous fete of all of the Councilniev present. B. VanIIoocen, Mr. Overlock anominated Yr. Mae Poyher and 1 r. Boundy anominated Yx . O.R.nunn; the election was posponed until the next meeting of the Council. Petition of the N. P. Ry. Co. to build a spur track across Winner Street was refered to the Street Com. for investi€ation an(? the Ifayor was authorized to sign the permit upon favorable report of the Com. Mr. Bown and Mr. Thornhill presented a request for a Fire Hyd. on the hill by their places and the matter was refer•ed to t.e Water Com. for investigation. Upom motion the walk oil Titus St. from Air. Leaches place to St- ate St. was ordered taken up as being in a dangerous condition.
