Kent , Washington , June 18, 1928.
Regular meeting of die City Council; present Mayor Murker and
Councilmen Boundy , Boucher , Coleman , Konschot , Overlouk & Van Hoosen.
Minutes of June 4 , last , read and approved .
An offer to purchase the property at the N.E. Cor. of First Ave .
and Titus Street , was , upon motion , rejected.
Comunications rere read from Dr. MacGregor and from the City of
Spokane and filed,.

Upon -motion it was ordered that the City Lot on the west of the
City Hall be cleaned up and planted to grass and flowers .
It was decided to take care of one half of the expense of pol-
icing the crossing at Meeker and Central , as has been the custom in
the past , during the sommer months .
The City Clerk was instructed to notify the three railroads of
bad crossings and request that they be fixed.
The Chief of the Fire Dept . gave a report of the Firemens con-
vention meeting , held at Wenatchee a couple of weeks ago, and invi-
ted the councilmen to be present at a "First Aid" meeting to be
held in the City Hall Wednesday evening, next .
No further business appearing the meeting , upon motion,
did then -adjurn.
