Kent , Washington, March 19 , 1928.
Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Murker and Coun-
cilmen Boundy, Boucher, Coleman , Konschot , Van Hoosen and Wooden.
Minutes of the meeting of March 5th. last , read and approved.
Clerks report and Health Officers reports for- the Month of Feb.
presented . and filed.
Comunication from the Board of County Commissioners , .relative to
eriwig pest , read and filed.
Committee on buying chairs reported that chairs had been baught
for the Council Chambers at the rate of $1 .25 each.
Ordinance No. 571 , regulating the burning; of refuel , read and upon
motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote
of all of the Councilmen present .
Contract for painting the outside of the City Hall and refinish-
ing the Fire Room was let to Harvey Williams , on his bid of $80 .00
and $25.00 respectively.
Shields for the Radiators in the City Hall Building eras ordered
purchased, on approval of the Building Committee .
Upon motion it was ordered that no furniture is to be loaned or
taken from the City Hall for any purpose .
