Regular meeting of. the City Council; present Mayor Murker and Coun.-
R'ilman Boundy, Boucher , Coleman , Konschot , Overlock and ,XXKNM
Van Hoosen.
Minutes of the meeting of February 6th. ,last , read and approved.
Upon motion the Council authorized the sale of lots 18 & 19 , Blk.
iW.C.I .Co 's First Addition, to Mr. J. H. Leach , for the sum of 820MS
5o .00 .
The City Council , upon motion, accepted the rate of &l .25 per lamp ,
per month, for the 12 new lamps recently installed. on Centeral Avenue ,
as per their Memo. filed this date .
A comunication fron the Salvation Army was read and, upon motion ,
placed on the table .
Upon motion 125 chairs was ordered for the Council Chamber and a
partition ordered placed across the Council chamber about 16 feet from h
the east edd, to .form three offices.
Fire Chief read his annual report which was accepted. and filed.
Fire Permit Ordinance refered to the Fire Committee for investiga-
tion and redrafting.
Bid of W. J. Nicholson to repair the plastering on City Hall Bldg.
for$75.00opened and accepted.
Bids of Beach Roberts and W. W. Bear for afrlxaxic refinishing and
painting, opened and refered for further information.
