Kent , 'Washington , January 23 , 1928.
A special meeting of the' City Council was called by the Mayor ,
for this date , at the City Hall , for the purpose of reconsidering
the action of the Council , had at the last meeting, relative to
irhe matter of the Holt Reality Co . and lots 8 & 9 , block C , of
Crows First Addition to Kent; Present Mayor Murker and Councilmen
Boucher , Konschot , Overlock, VanI-loosen and Wooden.
A motion was made by Councilman Wooden and Seconded by Council-
man Overlock to reconsider the action of the Council , had at the
last meeting, relative to the Holt Reality Co . and lots 8 & 9 ,
block C. of' Crows First Addition to Dent; the motion was carried
by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present .
The following resolution was then read and presented for adopt-
ion:
IT' IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Kent , that
the Mayor and City Clerk be , and they' are hereby authorized .to ex-
ecute and deliver a de6d of the City of Kent , in and to the follow-
ing real estate , to-rit:
Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block "C" of. Crows First
Addition to the City of Kent , in King County , Washington.
Togather with all the interest right and title of the said
City in_ and to said real estate , and all right of redemption. in`
and to certificates of sale of said property issued by the Sheriff
of King County , Washington , dated October 22 , 1927 , in Superior
Court of King County , No . 196477 and 195672, and in full satisfac-
tion and discharge of local improvements aasessments against . said
above described lots in Districts No. 181 and 184 , on payment to
the City Treasurer of the sum of $598.60 .
No' further business appearing the Meeting, upon motion, did
then adjurn.
