Regular meeting of the City Council; present Yayor Yurker and
Councilmen Poundy , Toucher , Coleman , honschot , VanKoosen and Tooden.
Kinutes of the meeting; of October 17th . read and approved.
Clerks report , Police report , Budget report and Fire Dept . report
for October and Treasurers report for remember. presented ° Filed .
Ordinance No . 567 , , providing for the issuance of bonds for L. I .
District No . 218 , was read and upon motion placed upon its final
passage and carried by "the unanimous vot6 . of all of the Councilmen
Dresent .
The following Resolution vas read and adopted as read:
IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City , of tent , that the
Yayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and dir-
ected to sign the contract of the City of Rent and J.T .Nerryman in
reguard to the redemption of assessments in Districts No. 181 and
184 , 'and that said contract be and the came is Hereby approved.

Upon motion. the gape in the drainage ditch on the east Highray
from the corner of Russell street north about 300 ft . vras ordered
to be conected up by laying tile , the filing to be done by the
County or 'the Pxoperty Oi-ners later.
Platter of a Crossing at State and Gowe Streets was refered to
the Street Committee for investiE,ation.
