Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Yurker and Councilmen Boundy , Coleman , Konschot , Overlock , Vanlloosen & 71ooden Yinutes of the last regular meeting read and approved. Drayag Conunittee reported , recomending 'placing of 10" the on west side of Cent . Ave . So. , across Morton St . and 180 `ft . So. , Engstrom to pay for 90 ft . of tile and to lgy 180 ft . , complete. Upon motion the recomendation was adopted . A resolution authorizing the I;ayor and Clerk to 'enter into contract , was read and adopted as follows: IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of 'the City of ILent , that the property heretofore conveyed to the City of 'Kent , and known as the Kent Comunity Center,being described as follojus: The So. 20 ft . of the No. 25 ft . of the East 120 ft . of lot 3 in block 3 , Yeslers First Addition to Kent , King County , 'Washington. be sold to Waren T. Harpot and Minnie B. Harper for the sumof d�2500.00 , to be paid at the rate of ;r60 .00 per month, to include interest each month on defered payments , at the rate of 7% per annum, and that the I!ayor and City C1erh are hereby authorized to execute contract therefor on behalf of' the City in accordance with form submitted , which is hereby approved and confirmed. Ordinance No. 563 , Adopting the Assessment Poll , Dist .
